Suggestion 1: under 3.2 “cardinal” - this is a rarely used word, would suggest alternative or complimentary word like 'compass direction'.

Suggestion 2: under 3.14 Provide Human back up - suggest adding another point around recommendations around an off-line way to reverse course if the wayfinding and general internet fails (as a back up when no service is avaiable to devices - in that case no option to call front desk would be available.
