How to prevent close of dropdown after click in vue

Hello, I am creating a Hotel search form using antvue.
i want to avoid auto closure of dropdown after click on menu.
how to achieve that.

because as of now, dropdown works fine, but when i click on number increment, it close automatically. what i need is close this either by clicking outside of this dropdown or by using some button.
