Nuxt fragment issue

Getting this error in the console.

./node_modules/vue-axe/dist/vue-axe.esm.js 2563:96-104"export 'Fragment' was not found in 'vue'

Using nuxt v2.15.8 and have installed as a plugin as per the instructions
