Bar graph alignment issues

• Align bar graphs in all exercises that include bar graphs so that the vertical axes of all bar graphs that appear on the same row are the same lengths and at the same height in the UI. The bottom edges of the bar labels do not have to be at the same height (see screenshot of Ex. 25 below)
• Prevent bar graphs from overlapping at high zoom % (see screenshot of Ex. 25 below)
• Make SINR and Spectral Efficiency bar graphs narrower, so that both can fit side-by-side ­­within the same width as a spectrum plot or data rate history plot
• Check resizing of UI for each exercise, e.g., Ex. 19 in full screen 1080p, zoomed to 80% or less (Bar graphs appear shifted to the right. Also, throughput history plot is shifted down for low % zoom. These anomalies also occur in Ex. 20-25.)

SINR and Avg Data Throughput bar graphs to be added on the right of PSD plot and Data Throughput History can be after the bar graphs.
