Add Primary User Mode for Exercises that have an interferer

Add this enhancement starting from Ex 13 (for Exercises that have an interferer) -

• Add dropdown menu to select the mode.

• Type of co-existing signal

  • Interference
  • Primary User

• Make it a URL parameter.
  In Primary User mode, we will display SINR will be displayed for primary user and Data throughput history will just be displayed for the signal that the user controls.

• SINR bar graph will consist of 2 bars - signal that the user controls and Primary User

• SINR bar graph will display a threshold for the Primary User SINR.

• Add a text input for - "SINR Threshold (dB)"

• Add SINR bar graphs from Ex 13 (even in the ones that don't have interferers).

• Add Average data throughput bar graphs from Ex 13 (even in the ones that don't have interferers).

• Make the SINR bar graph narrow.

• In Primary User (PU) mode, for simulations that currently have an Interferer signal, add bars or bar graphs for
  • total PU outages
  • total PU outage time
  • performance score or utility function (as a placeholder, please use 0.9 times user signal total throughput in bits plus 0.1 times PU total throughput in bits minus 1,000,000 times total PU outage time in seconds)

Divide the PU mode into 2 separate modes --

1. Radar PU
2. Comms PU

Radar PU -- No throughput bar graph for PU, SINR threshold, use the threshold to calculate the score
Comms PU -- Throughput bar graph for both, SINR threshold, use the threshold to calculate the score, include PU in the Data Rate History.

Outage event --
Radar PU : Outage event will start when the Radar PU SINR drops below the SINR threshold and when the PU SINR rises above the SINR threshold.

Comms PU:
Set a threshold for Data Rate as well.
Outage event will start when the Radar PU data rate drops below the data rate threshold and when the PU data rate rises above the data rate threshold.

• Adding custom threshold to the SINR bar graph.
• Changing label for SINR Threshold and Data Rate threshold
• Make bar graph colors match.
• Change text colors for metrics
• Add Outage event for user signal

• Hide the PU Data Rate threshold/ Pu SINR threshold text input as per the PU mode
• change metrics colors to yellow
• Remove the throughput for the Radar PU
• Identify links in the metrics - link1 - user, link2 - PU
• Revert the threshold labels
• Add the threshold indication line on the Data rate history graph.
• When the timer runs out, stop the hopping rate.
• Round off the Outage Time in seconds to 2 decimal places.

What would be the Primary User and User's Signal in case of exercises having more than 2 signals?
