Annihilate the `annuli` command

As seen in #85, annuli is no longer working. This has been the case for a long time. This command was never a good idea and the whole concept of automatically determining the optimal parameters for aperture photometry was merely more than a rudimentary proof-of-concept — if only it were that easy. Don't try to do too much ands focus on just one thing: generating light curves, and nothing else.
