create a widget on the Vulkan screen

Hello, I have a model of the Earth and I'm using QtVsg. There is a problem: when I try to place another widget on top of the Vulkan render screen that displays the Earth—say, a button—that button does not appear, and essentially the Vulkan render screen covers all of my display elements.

What I want to do is display some information as static text on the screen so that, regardless of any actions performed on the screen such as rotating or zooming, these texts remain unchanged. These texts show the system status and must remain fixed and immovable.

yes i convert it to QWidget named mainWidget . but i can not add other Qwidget into mainWidget like above example. i cannot use mainWidget as a parent for other QWidget . only mainWidget is show in screen. not other children QWidget

Why don't you simply put your buttons in a toolbar above your vsg view widget? As far as I understand a widget created with createWindowContainer is exclusive, and does not allow putting other qt widgets on top of it. If I'm correct that's the problem that https://github.com/nolankramer/vsgQt6 is supposed to solve.

Interesting approach to mix in QCanvas on top. I have myself done "everything", including logos, gizmos, selection area, and rulers, through different vsg::Views within the VSG window.
