Is `examples/skills` the recommended approach for general Agent integration?

Hi OpenViking team,

I'm exploring the recommended approach for integrating AI Agents with OpenViking and noticed the examples/skills directory which provides three skill examples:

• ov-add-data
• ov-search-context
• ov-server-operate

Questions:

1. Is examples/skills currently the recommended/general approach for Agent integration with OpenViking?

2. The last commit was on March 10, 2026 (#510). Are there any new features or updates since then that should be reflected?

3. I'd be happy to contribute to improving the Agent integration documentation. Are there any specific areas where contributions would be most valuable?

Context: I have experience with MCP protocol, LangGraph, and Agent frameworks (including developing the claude-code-memory-plugin example). I'd like to help improve the general Agent integration story for OpenViking.
