Unable to get the metrics for queue's #52
Comments
I have the same issue here. How do I get support for this matter? |
@JayashreeN which version of rabbit are you running? If you enable debug mode does it output metrics to the console? |
We are seeing the same issue. Running rabbit v3.3.5. Did anyone find a solution to this? |
I can see metrics being reported for the queues through the rest api and the format seems to be correct according to the ruby code in the rabbitmq plugin. Only thing is that it does not show up in the graphs in the queues tab in new relics web GUI. |
@JayashreeN Did you ever resolve this. We are stuck as it is hard to know what happens in New Relic when we try to view the Queues tab. @wesschlichter any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this? |
This seems to be a bug introduced in commit c530e30#diff-1c70ebb0375e7db45ce54d21ad7713aa The "/" character after "Queue" was removed. If you put it back then the queue metrics show up again. |
Hi,
I am using newrelic_pivotal_agent_1.0.5 and while most of it is reporting as expected, in the overview section..
But i am unable to get the report metrics for queue's. I dont see any errors when i execute the script, but just no metric data for queue's
Please let me know if there is any other information that I could provide to get help with this.
Thank you!
