configuration issues

Good morning, when executing the pip command install liota, it informs a permission denied when creating some directors.

Okay with H-sudo pip install liota, and the installation finishes. However, in the next configuration steps, no

/ usr / lib / liota / config /
/ etc / liota

Hello @igoromero ,

We are still working on the latest release of liota which we`ll be uploading on pypi in some weeks. It is better to clone the repo and try out Liota as of now.

Instead of
$ sudo pip install liota
use the command after cloning the repo:
$ sudo python setup.py install

The above command will install liota and post this you can follow the steps as mentioned in this section:
https://github.com/vmware/liota#installation-and-testing

Many thanks, come install and run.

Would you have another source of information about the project?

videos, scientific articles etc.

You can find the details on VMware blogs and all of the README are present in the repo. We are working on the pull request to elaborate them more.
