fit: Examples and readme

We have some tests using fit but we don't provide any example of it. This ticket is to create examples for the module `vsl.fit` at `fit/examples`.

Try to be as creative as possible!

Also anyone can submit multiple PRs for this issue!

Also add a readme to it. You can use the rest of the vsl submodules for inspiration
