need help with buffering

issue 1: my rtsp cams are on a super low latency lan, but latest version of cams constantly starts buffering. if/when buffering ecceeds 1 min, it can then take upto 20 min for rtsp stream to reacquire in-app. only way to recover rtsp sooner, but not always immediately, is to force stop, clear cache & manually restart.

previous version did not buffer nearly as much as current version. no change in rtsp camsc

issue 2: the thin strobing blue buffering top bar needs to be color selectable, not just hard for me to see blue. buffering top bar also needs to be per cam in any "can wall" view of multuple cams. one strobing buffering bar for all cans in a cam wall is not very useful to me.

comment: i find cams to very very very useful in protecing my perimeters. these requests will only make cams even more effective & useful.

running on: A15/OUI7 SM-S908U, nox A12/64-bit emulator on win10pro, FireTV A9/FOS7.x

1. The issue may have arisen when upgrading the libVLC library from version 3.5 to 3.6. I have reset all buffering options to default values for testing. Please check the current build in the folder "app/release".

2. In older versions of the app, loading indicators were located in the center of the image from each camera. The problem is that the user can zoom in on the image, and then the indicators go beyond the screen. Since the loading indicator is a purely technical option, I made it common and moved it to a visible layer. I suggest leaving this behavior unless you have a better idea.
