Prevent checklist items in talk issues from triggering the scheduler workflow

Not sure if this is easily done, since all we get is an 'edited' trigger. But it seems a bit excessive to have the workflow run on every checklist item.

This could be done via the if condition on the triggering side. I already do simple preprocessing for e.g. video processing, check out the implementation.
