WHQL Rigs / HCK setup.

Hi Guys,

Easy question (2). Setting up rigs for HCK / WHQL tests. I'm familiar only with setting up WHQL Server & DUT's via GU manually, and then imaging the machines. The instructions you have look OK, but old. Are the docker images Red-hat internal, or publically accessible? Do you recommend using only those for third-party HCK submissions for Microsoft signing, or would a "roll-your-own" solution be better?
