Removing failed jobs

Thanks for the excellent solid_queue interface!

Would you be open to adding or accepting a PR for adding a remove button to remove failed jobs?

I most definitely would however I was not expecting anyone to be interested in doing so since the release of Mission Control.

However, if you'd like to see it in Panoptic feel free to contribute!
