This instruction provides a starting point for TensorFlow ROCm port (mostly via deb packages). Note: it is recommended to start with a clean Ubuntu 16.04 system

For Python 3-based systems:
# Pip3 install the whl package from PyPI
pip3 install --user tensorflow-rocm
