Low Fuel not offered to be removed because of playing Steal Supplies #50
Description
One of my guys got Low Fuel by defending a location, they played Steal Supplies and by my reading it should be removed after they played it. I have the option of removing it in the Management Phase by spending Resources, but maybe I should be offered to remove it for free because of Steal Supplies, so I don't accidentally spend a Resource I don't need to?
