Remove warnings in Snippet92 and Snippet386 for deprecated constructors #471
Description
Recently we deprecated the constructor Cursor(Device, ImageData, ImageData, int, int) in eclipse-platform/eclipse.platform.swt#2563. But there are still some occurrences in SWT snippets which needs to be removed/suppressed.
