Customer problem statement

Can the organization produce, within 24 hours, an evidence package that an independent party can verify without trusting the AI operator's internal database?

Actions

• Define customer intake questionnaire
• Select one workflow with a clear attempt/outcome lifecycle
• Map actors, inputs, model/policy versions, actions, outcomes, approvals, and overrides
• Define a signed completeness invariant for that workflow
• Implement a sidecar event exporter without modifying the core AI model where possible
• Generate a customer-specific Evidence Pack
• Run the public VAP verifier and one independent verifier
• Conduct a red-team omission test by rebuilding valid cryptographic material after deleting an event
• Deliver a gap report, architecture, execution transcript, and 90-day production plan
• Obtain permission for an anonymized case study

Definition of done

• Customer data produces a verifiable Evidence Pack.
• A deliberate re-signed omission attack is detected.
• The customer receives evidence artifacts, not only a consulting slide deck.
• The engagement is described as readiness/implementation support, not independent certification.
• The anonymized case study identifies measurable before/after audit capability.
