Value of env variable always undefined in client side when using turborepo 2.3.4

Summary

Hi, I found this issue. Env value that i set is always undefined in production server, but it's in client side only. In server side and localhost (bot, server and client side) looks fine. I'm not sure what the biggest change in turborepo latest version.

I mention version 2.3.4 above because in the log when deploying process, i found this one.

Everything looks fine in turbo version 2.3.3 with current setup that i have.

I'm using NextJS for the web apps.
