Odoo : install script for multi odoo instances with different domain name

Great script.

I am expecting to host two instances of odoo servers on same VM.
I have only one public ip address.

Which the part of the script I need to adapt to support two (2) independent instances of odoo and to get two (2) certificates one per instance (different domain name) on nginx and apache?
