현상
- rss에서 item description 처리 중 어딘지 모르겠지만 utf-8이 아닌 값으로 인식해 rss page로 접근할 수 없는 현상이 있습니다.
- 이모티콘으로 순간 의심했지만, utf8에 어긋난 이미티콘이 아닌 os 제공 utf8를 따르는 이모티콘을 사용했습니다.
