Description

A companion Ability named revive, its short description as you select it says something along the lines of Revives a creature on the bench.

That would suggest that a previously knocked out creature during battle could be roused again back into action.

But the game changes this attack to a different attack instead of Revive ..

Attack set in NMSE

Image

Attack in game, changed to a different attack

Image

I suspect you found this attack type as being a viable attack within the game files, but Hellogames may have considered it to be too OP .. Or possibly make battles potentially last forever if we could keep on reviving fallen companions

Expected behavior

I would expect Revive to do what it says on the tin .. however I dont think Hellogames wanted this attack after considering its impact on battles.

Steps to reproduce

Apply the Revive ability to one of your companions in NMSE.
In game, have another companion first in a battle line up and let it die.
Try to use Revive from the second companion to raise the first fallen companion ..
.. You will have another attack instead of Revive.

Environment

Win 11 25H2
NMS 6.36
NMSE 1.1.61

Acceptance criteria

I think this attack possibly needs removing from the attack lists if the game will not allow it.
