Outputs maybe used twice

When I use vcash-wallet to withdrawal, there will always be a hash used twice, is there any bugs?

No log for the commit, I follow these processes:

1. init_send_tx
2. tx_lock_outputs
3. receive_tx
4. finalize_tx
5. post_tx

Before post_tx, it works well, and 500 for post_tx
