Could I "repurpose" the announcement button/icon? Instead of redirecting to MailChimp, it would direct to the list of news/announcements, and there would be a button to go to MailChimp.

Alternatively, I could add a link on the dashboard to go to a separate list of announcements, and leave the icon/button alone.
