Updating the component library to a standard naming convention 

The components all have different naming conventions. Someone should go in and rename them to follow somewhat predictable scheme. Such as for headers

Header, <male or female>, <number of pins>, <pitch in mm> <special features>
Header, Male, 1x7, 2.54mm RA

This will be an ongoing issue. Ill get one of the new members to do once they complete their projects
