All of the base properties needed to be added to an xml file. these are defined starting at Page 141 of https://jsbsim.sourceforge.net/JSBSimReferenceManual.pdf

Will need property name, units, description, RD,WR. or RD/WR, and comment field, although most (other than name) will probably be blank at this time.

Note: Expect the xml format will be added to this issue in the next couple of days.

A file has been added, properties.xml . It only has the property names in it. And it may not even be valid xml.
