Detailed live tracing + full audit log of agent actions

Add a live tracing mode that records a complete audit trail of a run in real time: every LLM request/response, agent/sub-agent messages, tool calls, tool outputs, and key state changes - streamed to disk as it happens. This is important for professional pentesting where you need evidence of actions taken, and it also makes debugging agent behavior way easier.

Ideally this produces a clean, structured trace format (JSONL preferred) with timestamps + IDs, and can be enabled via a flag/env var (e.g. --trace), with optional redaction for secrets.
