Add SKILL.md tool reference docs for sandbox tools

Add skill.md prompt for the key sandbox tools (nmap/nuclei/httpx/ffuf/etc) and load the relevant skill.md dynamically right before the agent uses that tool. This gives the agent the exact CLI syntax + common flags + best usage guidelines.
