What needs to be functional: * Users and user management * (Sub)forums, topics, posts * Posting, editing, locking, moving * Admin Control Panel for available features * A first (simple) default theme * Merge system with UseBB 1.0 support In some aspects this release will be less functional than UseBB 1.0.
