partitioning the graph - gpmetis?

For the MPI version of the program: l have my graph in metis and edgelist files. But from what I understand we need to generate a partition file first, which is later fed into "converter" and gives us multiple partition files that we can use as input to "community".
From the quickStart document it seems like that initial partition file was generated using "gpmetis" but now I can't find gpmetis in the repo.
Am I missing something here? How can generate the partition file?
