Right now one must run bin/delete-live-done-issues to remove data from disk for any batches four weeks past their archived-at date. This should be both configurable (# of days, that is) and automated. This should just be another "fake" job like scanning for OCRed issues that need to be pulled into NCA from Abbyy.
