+### Performance through the ranks (PTR) -- what is it and what do I need to do?

+Once a year you fill out a form stating what you have done (students supervised, courses, taught/developed, research performed, other activities etc.) and then you are evaluated for your PTR. The forms are due near the end of April and need to follow a specific Faculty of Arts and Science format. You can update your previous CV from last year. If you are new - reach out to your faculty mentor to discuss this! The guidelines for PTR change with some frequency (you should receive an email from your department/institute manager with the procedures for how PTR is evaluated).
