[Hot Design] Deleting items don't work consistently.

Current behavior

Clicking on an item either on the page, or in the Elements list, and pressing delete doesn't consistently delete the element.

Expected behavior

Pressing delete on an element deletes it.

@agneszitte seen this issue here, before creating own, would like to add a video for you to see what is happening exactly. followed the guide for deleting stackpanel and wanted to add a navigation view instead

still happening!
Deleting (or better said "trying to delete") the initial StackPanel even if doing it multiple times is resulting in:

• First Sight: deleted
• switch to HotReload => StackPanel incl. all its content is back again, but NavigationBar is gone (deleted)
• OR: quit Debug run, close (if open, that does not change anything) and open the MainPage xaml again => StackPanel is still there, but the NavigationBar is gone (deleted)

@nickrandolph this issue might be ready to be re-checked.

I did a (new) uno project on Sunday evening after updating to latest version (think it was 5.6.22?) and would update state from my side:

App Target windows and desktop, build to desktop target

Deleted some elements and studio done it without this issue happening.

@nickrandolph Could you please evaluate if this issue should be closed or if we should slightly change the caption because in same app the general delete action and adding did work properly, adding a NavigationViewItem (by hand the old way) to the NavigationView Menuitems and then add a second one by studio first did open its property panel but no changes did apply on them and when going back (top bar of prop panel) to the Menuitems neither the first or second item clicking (in the properties panel) did navigate to the last added one...
Should I better ad a new issue or does that count below this one?
