Enforce Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for All Umbraco Backoffice Users

Hi! Currently, Umbraco 13 supports 2FA, but it’s optional and must be manually enabled by each user.

Is it possible to add an option to enforce 2FA for all backoffice users (or specific user groups), so users are required to set up 2FA before accessing the backoffice?

Reason:
This would improve security, ensure compliance with organizational policies, and reduce the risk of accounts without 2FA in production environments.
