api total time

The api gives a visit duration of 36728 and before that 133324. When I log into the website, total page time is 4m 20s and before that 19m 29s.

From the api, how can I obtain the 4min 20s metric? I assume the visit duration in the website represents something slightly different to the api, but what is the endpoint for that website metric? Where is the website getting 4m 20s from? I assume the strange figures are in milliseconds but I cannot be certain, and I have been unable to divide them to get a matching number.
