Math Captcha in Register form does not show up #82

Hello!

I am using Ultimate Member v2.8.2 and Ultimate Member – Extended Features & Functionalities v2.0.5 (the latest of both plugins).

I enabled “Math Captcha in Register form” in the UM Extended Settings, but it does not show up on the Registration page form.

More context:

I have been using these plugins for years now, until recently when there was a breaking change, and I had to update my “Math Captcha” plugin. It stopped working since then.
I have reCaptcha enabled, too, and that works correctly.
I have tried individual plugin (standalone) and via UM Extended – behaves the same way

Is there anything I need to change/add to the Registration Form to make the Math Captcha appear?
