Fatal exception on OJS 3.3 + PHP 8

Due to an error in OJS 3.3, the reset password override at the plugin is broken in PHP >= 8.

The problem has been fixed recently (pkp/pkp-lib#11049) on the application, but it's currently not released. So, it makes sense to provide a fix here as well (depends on #50), otherwise the plugin will fail in outdated OJS installations.

Here's a PR for the main branch, I've also applied the code formatter of OJS +3.4:
