Branch maintenance #50

@trp89 / @ctgraham, I'd like to push a fix for the 3.3.0 release, but then I saw it's not possible, so:
- I think it's needed to create a branch for
stable-3_3_0, pointing to this commit: 28058f6 - Delete the branch https://github.com/ulsdevteam/pkp-betterPassword/tree/3.4_Experimental OR rename it to
stable-3_4_0and update it.
