Stack windows are extending off-screen

The stack window is extending off-screen. This is due to holding down the stack_increase key.

how to reproduce

1. hold down stack_increase key bind (mod + ctrl + l)
2. eventually the window will extend off-screen
3. hold down stack_decrease key bind (mod + ctrl + h)
4. it will resize till it's the normal height (and will not shrink further)

To add to this, there's also an issue with resizing the stack when there's two windows in it. It just stops resizing halfway through

thanks for the bug, ill recheck the tiling source code and try to fix it.

they should no longer do that thanks to @0xjah 's patch but i still need to fix the half-way issue thing

yep the first issue is fixed 👍
I may try finding the cause of the half-way issue if I have the time
