rofi icons are broken

tried looking in the rofi repo but only issues i found werent really related
so heres the rundown
when using the rofi through the keybind the icons wont show but when running from terminal it all works fine

keybind behavior:

this seems to be working fine on my system from both terminal and keybind. this is how my command looks like:

bind : mod + shift + p : "rofi -matching prefix -modi drun -show drun -font 'Linux Libertine Mono O 12' -show-icons"

im not too familiar with rofi, but could it be your bind is mistyped?

no, i paste the same command to both keybinds and terminal

im not too sure whats wrong then, i cant reproduce with my laptop or computer. maybe try a virtual machine or the package on your system could be broken?

Can confirm this bug as well, same exact command works fine through the terminal, while through keybind won't show icons

im 100% sure everything is fine and considering someone else managed to replicate it, it should be something with sxwm that when changed has led to rofi breaking because it did work before and rofi's repo doesnt have any issues associated with this.

im on a frankenstein monster of a distro, was cachyos at some point
