Incorrect actions in the Arrebol service retry approach (GetJobException)

There are cases in which SAPS is blocked due to an exception that should be logged and take an action that allows SAPS to proceed with its flow without blocking. One of these cases is when when checking a job and an exception of the type GetJobException is thrown, SAPS continues to question about the same job, which is a bad action.
