Table: tab is not working consistently

Description

When the selection contains at least one character within a single table cell, hitting Tab or Shift+Tab doesn't select the adjacent table cell as expected. It looks like it makes the browser focus leave the editor. This makes it so that you can't repeatedly Tab through the cells of the table

Steps

• select many blocks in a table cell
• tab is not going to the next cell

Expectation

• Press tab in a cell should move selection to the next cell editor-protocol#73
• Press ⇧+tab in a cell should move selection to the previous cell editor-protocol#74
