Revisit Registry's "by ready for publication" filter/checkbox & explore replacing this feature with the "publication info" data provided by Airflow

Would be nice to use the "Is successfully published" field data to inform filters in the registry

Would be nice to filter for:

• is currently published
• is currently in a staged state
• neither
  (need to further discuss these options)

Note that this field is not stored in the database; it is calculated when the collection page is pulled up in Registry. It would take effort to have this info calculated from the results page. Could possibly use the "production target version" or "published version" to inform the published state?
