no idea why -- even embedded directly in the map i'm not seeing anything. the substation layer from the same source does work.

problem is that CEC has changed the symbol rendering to something not supported. see Esri/esri-leaflet-renderers#145 for details. If we remove the custom renderer support then layers are rendered with simple points and lines only, but if we keep it power plants won't show up.

Probably best solution is to use ignoreRenderer={true} on the power plant layer, and then update the legend
