AFAIK those are the list of possible outbound addresses
When we are ready to move production here, I’ll make sure I confirm with you that they have not changed.
Thanks,

Touchnet firewall rules are set for static IP addresses. If the IP address changes, the firewall will block the traffic. We have had departments using Pantheon, they’ve had to stay with their legacy system that uses static IP.

We are using a cloud provider and the IP address can change at any time.
The port is always 443 though, as with any SSL
Are there any other AWS or Azure clients that have similar issues?
Thanks,
-Jason

Hi,
What is the IP address and port associated with this postback URL? I’ll need to have Touchnet update their firewall.
TouchNet's External IP range is 198.187.196.0/24 (Valid for Test and Production)
Thanks,
Maureen
