We can make a cron job that runs every day that goes through every plugin on @ubiquity-os-marketplace and if there are 10 consecutive failures, we should get notified.

It might be easiest to post a comment somewhere tagging me and @gentlementlegen to start

This doesn't need to be configurable. We just want to make it as simple as possible.

I'll start this.

1. I can have it create an issue in the target repo or within .ubiquity-os and list all failures.

2. Should I collect failure reasons or just the amount of consecutive failures and notify if 10 or more?

In target repo seems like a good idea @Keyrxng

I'm not sure but the main point is that we know that it's down and we need to debug. I suppose it would be most convenient to show the error log in the issue directly.

The more relevant info the better because we can have copilot push a fix right from the issue ui if there is sufficient context.

Note: because these are hotfixes I don't think we would price them in practice.
