[Feature request] Block by ASN and GeoIP

Can you add a feature to block web requests based on ASN (Autonomous System Number) and GeoIP?

I actually built a Firefox extension that does this using MaxMindDB. It's an AI slop, but mostly works. There are some bugs, and I’m not super confident about the security or my ability to maintain the project.
