Describe the bug

I found a reoccurrence of #4229 with chezmoi chattr.

To reproduce

$ chezmoi chattr noprivate ~/.psqlrc.local
chezmoi: /Users/austin/.local/share/chezmoi/home/.chezmoiexternal.yaml.tmpl: template: /Users/austin/.local/share/chezmoi/home/.chezmoiexternal.yaml.tmpl:40:12: executing "/Users/austin/.local/share/chezmoi/home/.chezmoiexternal.yaml.tmpl" at <gitHubLatestReleaseAssetURL "zimfw/zimfw" "zimfw.zsh">: error calling gitHubLatestReleaseAssetURL: database is in read-only mode

I have upgrade to chezmoi 2.59.0.
