Importing talks from the halfnarp #115

Is it planned to import talks from the halfnarp?
I'm willing to support dev of this feature if it is off interest.

Motivation:
It is very annoying to select the same talks in the 31c3 as well as in the halfnarp.

At least it's not on my agenda. If you like you can try to integrate this.

@ajdergute You can base your work on the Halfnarp library and look into the SCR app.

That would've been a nice feature. I just transferred manually everything from halfnarp to the app.
